This groundbreaking concept, envisioned by visionary chef and owner, Hani al-Fayoumi, has been praised for its “transcendent simplicity” and “unparalleled audacity,” setting a new benchmark for what is considered haute cuisine.
Located in the heart of a region more often in the headlines for conflict than culinary innovation, Ethereal Bites offers a dining experience that is as thought-provoking as it is ephemeral.
